At Nest & Nurture, we believe that information about health and how our bodies work should be something that is accessible to anyone and everyone. Social media and the internet have provided us with great tools for sharing information with each other but unfortunately with that comes the buckets of misinformation that gets spread. For female-bodied individuals in particular, there is already a lack of information available in regard to health and wellness. When you take that and combine it with the misinformation available online, it becomes difficult to feel a sense of autonomy over your health decisions and overwhelming to try to understand how to best care for yourself. This is why our team developed Nest & Nurture, to provide accessible, physician-reviewed education on womxn's health & reproductive topics.
