Driftwood Dreams is a calming floral blend designed to support restful sleep. Crafted with herbs that gently support the nervous system to calm overactive minds, relax tense bodies, and avoid next-day grogginess.*

This blend is soft and warm with a honey-like floral base and mild earthy notes to finish. 

Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Steep 2 grams of dry herb in 6-8 ounces of hot water for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Enjoy before bed.
