About Us

Nest & Nurture is a women- and queer-owned and run integrative health collective offering a variety of services. We believe in empowering people to take control of their health with autonomy and confidence. Our approach is centered on addressing the root causes of symptoms, not just masking them. We’re committed to supporting you with holistic, personalized care that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit to ensure you feel strong, balanced, and in control of your well-being every step of the way. We practice under a Health At Every Size (HAES) model and offer neurodivergent-friendly care. We always strive to provide inclusive, individualized care for each client or patient.

 

We also believe in the power of community. Through our organized support channels and community outreach, we're actively working to rebuild the village of connection and care that every person deserves.​​

We currently offer web app memberships for women's health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum to make expert-led education, practical tools, and compassionate support accessible to women everywhere, no matter where they are in their health journey, or where they're located physically. Our in-person clinic and telemedicine services are coming soon!
